If an item arrives materially different from its listing (wrong condition badge, missing items not disclosed, wrong set), contact us within the window the operator sets, with your order reference (RB-XXXXXXXX) and photos. Resolution options (replacement, partial refund, return for refund) to be defined by the operator.

Change of mind

Whether change-of-mind returns are accepted, and on what terms (window, condition, who pays return shipping, restocking), to be defined by the operator.

Damaged in transit

Report transit damage with photos of the packaging and item within the window the operator sets.

Refund method

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.
