Reckless Bricks ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

Orders are packed and shipped from Phoenix, Arizona. Most orders ship within one to two business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery time after shipment depends on the carrier and destination, typically 2–7 business days.
Every item is inspected and packed by hand. Sealed sets are protected for transit; opened and bulk items are packed to arrive as described.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply) or a refund of the merchandise total.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at support@recklessbricksonline.com within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we'll make it right.
