These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on recklessbricksonline.com ("Reckless Bricks," "we," "us"). Reckless Bricks is an online store operated by Nuggets Marketplace LLC, Phoenix, Arizona. "Reckless Bricks" is a registered trade name of Nuggets Marketplace LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We sell new, overstock, liquidation, and pre-owned building sets, minifigures, bulk bricks, toys, and collectibles. Each listing describes the item's condition and shows photos of the actual item offered. Colors may vary slightly on your screen.
Reckless Bricks is an independent store. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group or any other brand whose products we resell. Brand and product names are used only to identify the items we offer.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Inventory is limited and often one-of-a-kind; when an item is gone, it's gone. We may correct pricing or listing errors, and we may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious error before it ships.
Some items carry a hidden lower price that is revealed when you add the item to your cart. When a reveal applies, the revealed price is the price you pay for that item, and it is shown in your cart and at checkout before you confirm your order.
Arizona transaction privilege tax (TPT) is added at checkout on orders shipped to Arizona addresses, calculated on the merchandise subtotal. The tax amount is shown before you pay.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store your full card number. By submitting payment you authorize the charge for your order total, including shipping and any applicable tax.
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we received it; the sale is complete when we ship. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we can't verify payment — and we'll refund any amount charged.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, which are part of these terms.
If you give us your phone number when you place an order, we may text you about that order: confirming it, letting you know when it ships, and replying to questions you send us. We do not send marketing texts.
Message frequency varies with your order. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping texts does not affect your order. We'll still email you about anything we need to tell you.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuggets Marketplace LLC's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s) at issue. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
