Terms of Sale

DRAFT. This is placeholder structure so checkout can reference a Terms of Sale page during the build. Final policy text is supplied by the operator and must replace this before launch. Bump POLICY_VERSION in lib/policy.ts when it does.

What we sell

Reckless Bricks sells liquidation, overstock, returned, and open-box toy and collectible inventory. Items are not new retail stock unless the listing says Sealed. Every listing carries a condition badge and, where relevant, condition notes.

Condition

Each item is sold in the condition described on its listing:

• Sealed — factory sealed; outer box may show shelf or pallet wear.
• Open / Complete — opened and counted; all pieces and figures present unless noted.
• Open / Incomplete — opened; missing items are listed and the price reflects them.
• Used — previously built or played with; play wear expected.

Pricing and Reckless Reveal

Listed prices are in US dollars. Some listings carry a hidden price that reveals when the item is added to a signed-in cart; that price is locked for that cart and applies at checkout.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. A flat shipping charge applies per order, waived above the threshold shown at checkout.

Sales tax

Orders shipped to an Arizona address are charged Arizona transaction privilege tax on the goods subtotal at the rate shown at checkout and on your receipt. Orders shipped to any other state are not charged sales tax at this time; you may owe use tax to your own state.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
